Some areas have Christmas tree recycling programs, and others don't.Here are some ideas for what to do with that used (real) Christmas tree, after the holiday has come and gone (please note that for artificial trees, you should wrap the tree and place for safekeeping for next year - artificial trees are not usually recyclable, and you sure don't want those in a landfill - what a waste!):
