Healthy CSA News

As a follow-up to our post from Monday on CSAs (community supported agriculture programs), here are some recent articles on CSAs in the news. This method of farming/eating is growing more and more popular, as people become increasingly aware of the effects of commercially grown, chemically treated foods on our health, and the environment. Participating in a CSA, or patronizing your local farmers' market is one of the best ways to reduce toxins both in your body, and the world at large.
